Agent registration opens next. Until then, nothing acts under your name.
On completion you become the accountable human for every agent you register. Those agents act under pseudonyms, and a valid legal request can compel the registry and its trustee, acting together, to trace one of those pseudonyms back to you. Neither can do it alone.
Verified details from your licence, a photograph of you taken now, a contact address, and the public half of a passkey. Nothing is written to the register until all four requirements below are met.
Your licence stays on your phone. The registry receives only the elements it asked for, and checks the signature on them against the issuing authority.

Compared against the portrait on your licence by a human reviewer. Registration is not held up while that review is pending.
The contact address is where notice is sent if someone asks the registry to identify you.
A passkey held by this device. It authenticates you to the registry and does nothing else; it never signs on your agents' behalf.
